You want an attention getter? I dare anyone in our store to not notice the life-sized (larger-than-life???) Giant Deadly Golden King Crab!

It's made from reused or scrap pieces of 3/8" foam-cor board. Pain-stakingly hand cut out with an x-acto knife. Also, all the joints in the legs are hinged and can be places in any position.

I have attached 2 pictures, one of me holding it so you can see just how large it is, and another of the creature out and about on the sales floor.

Lately we've been studying this at school. The more disturbing images really get people's attention, but my parent's didn't want me doing that.

Sorry there was no July Contest. Because of this, the August contest will have a first place prize of $100 so that should help members get motivated to enter! Be looking for it August 1st!
